Terrible Service and Client Support is non existent

<p>I placed an order with Bookmatches SA on the 30th of September 2016 for 500 Matchbooks. I dealt directly with the owner Mr. Peter Von Aspern. He was quick to assist us in generating our 50% deposit invoice for our order. Once the deposit was paid the hassles started. I continually had to follow up as I received no feedback from him regarding the progress of our order. Nearly a month after we paid we only received our proof to sign off. Since signing off the proof on 24 October 2016 nothing else has happened with our order. I have phoned Peter on numerous occasions but he never takes my calls, He also doesn't reply to any emails. I have resorted to sending Whatsapp messages as this seems to be his only way of communicating with the outside world. As it currently stands we have still not received our order. Peter Von Aspern has taken our money and failed to deliver on each and every promise made. I would not suggest or recommend that anyone makes use of their services.</p>
