Non-existant customer service

Ordered a book. Nothing happening so have a check on my order..........oh, now my book is out of stock. Write them emails asking will they get another one or will they refund me. NO ONE ever ever rep**** to a single email, nothing, so I was just left in the dark. Eventually got my money back thanks to my bank.
