Happy with service

I ordered a couple of rare second hand books on 2 November and they were delivered on 24 November in very good condition, so I am happy with the service. The estimated delivery date was between 17 November and 1 December.

The only minor criticism I have is that the website doesn't have an email address or phone number on the contact us page, and also didn't show me an order summary page or order number after I completed and paid for my order. I was just shown a screen with a message along the lines of "thanks for your order". This made me slightly worried that the website was a possible **** since I didn't have any order number as a reference,, but I luckily received a confirmation email with my order number and order summary a few minutes later.
