Terrible accommodation

We just checked in, for the amount we paid and pictures they showed are not the same as what we got. I will attach pictures of how this place is looking. No shower door, floor is breaking, you can't walk on it, stove is unusable, room is so small, what is a superior room? The world's smallest basin to brush your teeth I actually want my money back. This looks like a ****.

I know that my money is not refundable, but if you pay for something so terrible and the pictures are completely different, should you not refund my money, how can you do something like this to people, and we were so excited about this holiday.
