Booking.com - Lagoon Beach Penthouse 316a - False Advertising

If I could give this property a 0 rating I would. This property is advertising that they have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on booking.com. We were 3 couples and arrived there to find out that they only have 2 bathrooms. Our most important criteria (amongst others) for choosing a property were 3 bathrooms. This is false advertising and a clear violation of our consumer rights. When brought to the Managing Agents attention she said it was an error on Booking.coms side and we are more than welcome to send a message to Booking.com raising our grievance. She said it was not intentional and said nobody else ever complained about this previously. Seriously, this is the most unprofessional, insincere and pathetic response I have ever in response to a very serious concern raised. Nothing was done from the property owner or managing agents' side to try to rectify this situation or compensate us for this error. To make matters worse, two of the bedrooms had no natural ventilation, the aircons do not work, the sliding door in the 3rd room could not open. The property was stuffy and only the patio doors and windows could be opened. The freezer draws were frozen shut so we could not use it. The property is actually run down and not every well maintained. This property does not live up to the 4 star rating on Booking.com. They should be downgraded.
