Booking.com 41 Terrace Road unit

This unit was available for booking. Check in times as stated until 19h00. After we had booked the owner advised she cannot bring the key but will bring the key the next morning at 8am or send it via Uber as she live stood far away 20 mins". Come the morning, she advises she is not bringing the key. This is beyond ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. She then proceeded to block us. I'm disgusted. Owners as well as booking.com need to do better.
