THE CAPITAL ZIMBALI Appalling service, double booked our unit which we paid for in full upfront, packed outside the venue for 8 hours waiting for an alternative only to get an inferior option. Its dark outside, all females and we have nowhere to go.. we need accommodation ASAP.
