Booking number: ***: I have now been waiting for two months for a refund as the Smile Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, took money of my crdit card for a free cancelation. Booking.com is going out of their way not to refund me for this "fre cancelation. Thy asked for a bank statement, i send it and now they are asking for it again!!!
