You get what you pay for, pay more to be able to cancel with more flexibility, etc. I think a lot of people misunderstand the value proposition, you can get the cheapest accommodation out there but you won't be able to cancel or move around. They're merely an intermediary that gets commission on bookings made to places through their platform.
