Worst site and service

The worst site to use for traveling over the past years and now they are getting worse over and over, they used to be good in the past but now their attitude from customer care ppl to supervisor like Christian Villagado and Michael Teodoro if it's their real names don't even have time to resolve clients issues as they are both busy with something that is better than the clients in distress, in future I won't recommend anyone to use their site cause you book for something but they change it all when sending confirmations and its not the 1st time they did that to me cause in the beggining I had yo resolve the situation with resorts manager because of their mistakes. Booking. Com you lost touch of who you are/were and lost touch with your clients that's why it's easy for your employees to treat and act like that you are losing touch maybe your too comfortable to care cause money is coming into your business but they same clients that you treat so bad are going to be your downfalls which will lead to innocent hardworking employees losing their job while you keep your selfish pockets full. Down with your bussiness ethics down diwn down cause after this trip I won't use your site anymore even my friends and family we won't
