WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCED IN THE WORLD!!!

<p>I have booked a room at the Palace Sun City for 3 people, 2 adults and one child. When we phoned the Palace to confirm, they advised that the booking was for 2 adults only, even though the email had said that children under the age of 18 stay for free, all I received was Iam sorry you have to speak to Booking.Com directly. Which we did only for them to tell me that it was my error, despite the email I received that confirmed that we were a group of 3 people, I spoke to Jurina, who asked me to pay an additional R1000.00 after we had the confirmation in writing of a group of 3 booking. I was then escalated to the supervisor, who said that he cannot assist me, and that if I cannot pay, I have to cancel my booking which was a birthday gift. The worst service any person could ever experience. I was also told that this happens often. Not a happy consumer.</p>
