Worst service ever

We booked with them in July for the 27 of October trip in Durban from johannesburg and when we get at a given address it was the different lodge not the one we booked with. We tried to call the host with no avail, we called booking.com and at 1st I spoke with Shanell who promise to find us alternative accommodation within 30 minutes with no avail I called again after 2 hour of wait for the email confirmation from the alternative accommodation nd didn't come through and this time I spoke to Yusuf who was so rude who even said he's gonna drop the call when I told him we are stranded tired and hungry in a faraway province nd we dnt know anyone and he ended up sending us to a house in lalucia and when we got there they told us they didn't make the payment and it was already 11pm nd we ended up sleeping on the streets of Durban because of them. We were so afraid of being hurt by amaphara nd loosing our belongings
