Worst experience with Sh&tty service from Bookings.com and Queens at the Blyde

I made a booking for the 7/06/25 ,paid,received a confirmation email from booking.com . When I arrived at the venue only to be told by the owner that she cannot accommodate me ,bookings.com had double booked the place. I have not received my refund ,booking .com says they are waiting for the owner ,the owner says I should call bookings.com Bad service from both parties,especially the owner ,Queens at the Blyde,in Pretoria ,was the property I booked
