Worst experience from booking.com

We had a booking on 8 November 2025 in Garsfontein, Pretoria with booking.com. The property was extremely dirty and impossible for us to stay there. I immediately phoned an agent that we are leaving the property to find alternative accommodation and requested a full refund. We provided them with photos of the disgusting place. We were 5 women who also felt very unsafe because of the landlord living on the same property. Upon exiting the property someone was sitting outside the gate waiting to come into the property. Now booking.com is refusing a full refund. I will tell everyone about their poor service, especially towards women and never ever use them again!!!!
