Worst experience

Worst experience, my property is registered on booking.com and I haven't received payment from them for over 2 months. My letting agent keeps calling them and they keep telling her the matter of verifying my property will take 5 to 10 working days. I have lost a lot of business over the festive period and I haven't been able to pay my letting agent.
