Worst experience

Worst experience ever. Paid for my booking 3 weeks back, a night before my check in I'm told my booking is cancelled and that my refund will reflect within 14 workings. Mind on on my way to the other city, I get ther, there's no accommodation. I'm expected to pay for alternative accommodation, with what money because that was never on my budget. If I say I hate you that'll be an under statement , I'm so disappointed
