Worst decision ever

The worst decision I made was using their platform to book a flight. Have any queries, sure, give them a call. Today they'll tell you, "yes sir, so you will be refunded 190€" and then tomorrow you'll get a mail stating you're not eligible for a refund.

Quick to say yes sir I can see there is a miscommunication error, I'll try and sort it out for you.

And all this because the original first call, made way before the cancelation policy's deadline was not submitted.

I will not recommend unless you are willing to get ****med legally.
