Worst customer service for owners

<p>We listed a holiday accommodation on this site and the service is terrible. They send out sureys to help improve theur site, but nothing is being done about the problems we have as owners using this site. We cannot accept or reject bookings. When asking the customer care centre to help with bookings that must be cancelled, they dont help. This is incredibly frustrating and prevents us getting more bookings or having the issue of complaints because of declining bookings via emails. Give us the option to accept or reject. Accept payments because not all of us make use of the credit card option. Im still waiting for a response to help me cancel bookings who do not want to pay or cancel. Very annoyed!</p>
