Worst customer service ever Booking.com

Hi all Booking.com service is not on ........don’t know how many times Iv messages customer service and no one gets back to you ......Iv had a coved booking gone wrong over full lock down e mail the place I booked at and they say communicate with Booking.com...... can’t do that if no one reply’s or helps me .... worst customer service ever if any one knows how I can call the company please let me know ......
