Worst Customer Service Ever and Fine Print

I made a booking and changed the dates. Bookongs.com didn't do correct changes and charged my additional. After phone call and several messages, the dates and charges were corrected. The next day, my bookong was cancelled and non-refundable. Phoned someone that can barely communicate in English and she said "in not so many words" but it was my fault and I accepted non-refundable booning and basically I have to rebook and they will refund. Owner and myself been talking the whole time and different messages given to us. Owners do not know what Bookongs.com says/charge their customers. Definitely not going to recommend them ever!!! Thanx to Seaview owner, Jeannie, is fantstic! I can recommend her and premise any time!!!
