WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst customer service ever experienced, trying to do change of ownership for a Guesthouse on their system so that I can change details that are in correct. 5 days pending, no response from their customer service department, you hold on for 15 minutes at a time and then the call gets cut off.
