Worst customer care and worst travel company

Absolute absurdity. I booked a car for my mother in law, your stupid booking system allowed the booking although you knew that the booking would not work you then took my money fully well knowing this. When I phone the support agents they are so dull that they throw terms and conditions at me and are absolutely in no way capable of assisting anyone. I will refrain from using booking.com again. I will use other suppliers moving forward!
