Worse service to mention

I booked a holiday through bookings.com in February 2023 to stay for 5 days at regall inn Ballito. Upon arrival the place was too small and the worse part was the bed it was like a boat sinking me in. I therefore checked out as I arrived in the afternoon and slept. Woke up in the. Or Jny and looked for a decent place around Ballito. And left the premises as lousy as they were. It’s now two months no refund no effective communication. To add insult to injury booking.com sends me messages via twitter saying the hotel must refund and hotel says funds are with bookings.com in the meantime I’ve paid double for Accomodation. So I’m the clown to a ****** who’s taking my money unduly and not even deserving a penny of it. I need my refund and I’ll never ever book at any of these hotels even when drunk or had a road crash
