Worse Service Ever

Booking.com and Zinathi Airscape doesn't care about their guests and their belongings. Me and my friend booked at Zinathi Airscape in November 2021. 1st it's not even easy to find the gate to that place since it's at the back from main road, the place was dirty and full of flies and smelly. Then we decided to go and get ourselves something to eat, and only for the owner Rachel to close the gate while my car was moving, and the gate hit my car and left a dent. She promised to pay my insurance access (R3000). This lady looks so innocent but please don't let her innocent look fool u. This woman is a pathological ****. Since November she has been making empty promises on when she will make the payment. I contacted Booking.com (Salome L) and all they say is sorry please leave a comment for them to improve their standards. How is that going to pay my access? So guys allow yourselves to partner with ****** and all you can say is leave a comment? Your comment and service is disgusting. You failed to discipline this person and all u say is leave a comment. How about I leave a comment that say both you and Zinathi Airscape services is disgusting. Now my car is damaged by one of your partner and you are not doing anything about it.
