Woodford Car rental via Booking.com worst service ever 😩

Question is why do you bother advertising Woodford rental cars, if they can't reach you with customers problems. problems can't be resolved and I'll never rent cars on booking. Com bad service from rude agents and will keep you on hold on the phone for hours, so impatient and phone lines is terrible .
