I booked a hotel for R1,224 and they debited R48,800 from my account and won't refund it.

I paid for a booking at Southern Sun hotel in Cape Town, South Africa for R1,224.00 and you took R48,448.00 out of my account.
I cannot speak to anyone and you stole my money and then you hide away.
I am laying a charge at the police station against www.booking.com for ***** and theft if you don't return my money.
