Why do you treat people how you please

Booking .com and their agents are exploiting people

My family and I have been saving up for a trip since the beginning of this year and on the 14th of may we paid towards our Accommodation via the booking.com app at the SANTORINI 302A we have run up soooo many expenses our transport has been paid for however on the 6th October they cancelled our booking with no valid reason and Worse! charged a cancellation fee the agent was super rude we have lost so much money not just the cancellation fee but the arrangements towards the trip which we won't get our money back not just the cancellation but the preparation as well .Is it cause of the surname that we are black that you thought it's easier for us to accept because on the cancellation message you told us not to take further action !!!!!!!!!!! what is this because ****** and thinking we won't do anything further cause may we are unlearned I am going to be involving my lawyers if you do not fix this because it is damn ridiculous I don't even want to mention the costs I have to cover because of the easy cancellation you decided on after 5months !!!!!!!with no explanation!!!!! We will be involving Lawyers and we are not making idle threats
