Who is service of a bunch of idiots

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this company. Despite receiving significant financial inflows, their service to guesthouses and hotels is abysmal. The service provided is far below acceptable standards. I urge all South Africans to stop using this product immediately. Instead, consider alternative platforms such as Google Hotels or local South African options like LekkeSlaap, SleepingOut, or SafariNow. These platforms provide far superior service and are more reliable.
