What I booked vs what I got..

What we booked vs what we got is why we had to cancel. For starters, the garden was unkempt so yes let's risk our lives with snakes and the likes it's ok. The pool was dirty so yes let's add E coli and other microbes to the mix it's cool. The house was a commune with strange men we didn't know sitting in the lounge which we were expected to share. A kitchen with one fridge, one stove which again we had to share.. Bedroom we were shown didn't have an ensure so again my wife and sister had to share the bathroom with 6-8 strange men. Of course, I cancelled immediately.

It's unfair that for four days that is what my family had to subject themselves to just so we don't lose our money.As a husband, my family's safety is my first concern. Now we have forfeited +/-R5000 because you don't check accommodation or don't have provisions for properties lying or not providing what was on the ad?I had driven 18hours to get to Cape Town and this is what I arrived to.. Imagine 😱I had to fork out another r1600 to pay for a room for that night and another r3000 for the remainder of the holiday.

It's unfair and has guaranteed me to never use your services again.
