We paid for a stay and we were denied access to. We called the host and never bother to look for alternative stay. We organised our own stay but they do not want to refund me

I am really getting tired of writing to you with no action taken. I WANT MY FULL REFUND for this booking. I did not stay the owner said he/she asked you to remove their property from the list and we were not allowed inside the complex. I stayed at City Lodge Hotel and Hotel Perte on those two nights. The host didn't even bother to get us an alternative accommodation. IT IS GETTING TIRING AND FRASTRATING TO KEEP ON WRITING TO YOU ABOUT THE SAME THING. They do not reply nor pick up the call, it keep on cutting.
