DO NOT USE Booking.com!!! **** WARNING!!! I recently had a horrifying experience with Booking.com after canceling my flights through their platform. Instead of receiving a proper refund or legitimate voucher from the airline, I was issued a counterfeit voucher — not a real flight voucher.

Dealing with their customer service was an absolute nightmare. They employ untrained, *********** staff who barely speak English. It’s clear they are outsourcing customer support to the cheapest labor markets they can find, exploiting people without providing them with proper training. As a result, they are unable to handle even basic requests, provide accurate quotations, or assist with refunds.

When it comes to refunds, Booking.com does not issue them properly. If an airline refuses a cash refund and issues a voucher, Booking.com provides you with a **** voucher, and any difference in cost that should be refunded to your account is simply ******. They take your credit card details, process the payment, but when it’s time to return your money, it never happens. They close your case prematurely to block any further action, leaving you with no way to recover your funds.

Booking.com is no longer a trustworthy platform. It has become a massive ****, exploiting customers and *****ing money under the guise of "customer service."

Please, avoid using Booking.com for any travel bookings — especially flights. Protect yourself and your hard-earned money.
