They cancelled my booking last minute for my honeymoon, and refuse to refund me. I have called them countless times for my refund and they keep apologising and promising me my refund back. They said they paid it back on the 10th of August… Its almost a month later and my bank picks up NO REFUND from them. They are absolute ******* and **** artists . They have sent me proof of payment which looks typed out which proves how far they are willing to go to **** people out of their money. THEY CANCELLED ME ON MY MOST IMPORTANT DATE AND REFUSE TO PAY BACK MY MONEY
