By using this app booking.com we lost almost R4000 by booking at the Heriot 3-21 cape town. Booking.com state there is free cancellation and no prepayment fees as I did do my research. And there it states that they accept credit cards but not cash. As I updated my card on booking.com site the money was debited out of my account and booking.com was informed by this and falsy advertised that street parking is available. Only to get my car clamped and threatened by security and obviously no parking. Wors experience ever. I really hope this message helps someone from booking at the Heriot 3-21 or trusting information given by "booking.com"
