Want me to pay for guests that i did not have

I am so frustrated with [URL Removed] i called them numerous times to report that i cannot mark guests as no show, and my establishment is getting a lot of **** bookings. The lady didi it from her side and was able to see that i was having trouble. Now They want me to pay R5000 for guests I did not receive. Its funny how the lady who took my call forgot to note my call. I requested to get my call recordings but they refuse to give them to me which is not allowed. Im truly frustrated and refuse to pay money for the service i did not receive. I also requested that they call all the guests and find out if the stayed at my establishment.
