WAITING FOR REFUND WITH NO SUCCESS -

<p>After several emails and complaint laid with email, no refund was received. The Hotel is saying you make a booking and a week before they took the money on your account, when i completed the booking I need to put in my card details, they immediately took my money! WHAT A STRUGGLE TO RECEIVE YOUR MONEY!!!! IS THIS REALLY RELIABLE WEBSITE TO WORK ON IF THIS IS THE CASE? </p>
