Very very bad service from Booking.com SiSonke Lodge/Revive Apartments

So booked an apartment for a weekend for my son's birthday get away on booking.com I booked SiSonke Lodge/Revive Apartments and I have had nothing but disappointments, 1stly the location address is off, and when I tried calling the property no one has picked up till this day, they haven't rep**** to my emails I'm trying to get a refund but I haven't had anybody call me at te property, I can't even go back to the property because I didn't n make it to there because I couldn't locate it. I am highly disappointed and would all my money paid back in full as this is not my fault I drove all the way to Sandton for absolutely nothing with my family .
