Very poor service and not trust worthy

A one star rating is still too high for Booking.com I booked accomodation just to find out that it was already booked out. Money was already paid and I was told there is nothing much they can do and I must wait for 12 days for a refund to which the error was on their side. I can only urge people not to trust this site as it is common practice for double bookings. The owner of the property said it was the third time this occured.
