Very helpful and supportive when my accommodation cancelled my booking without a refund

Booked accommodation through booking.com in Docklands apartment city centre in Dublin. The accommodation cancelled at the last minute and booking.com was very supportive and refunded me the full amount, even though the accommodation refused to reply. They were also quick to respond to all my concerns.
