Very disappointed

Last night I have booked a room at unit 235 at 50 lever in Midrand, Gauteng. Booking confirmed as the payment was done. Now I need to make changes and trying to speak to an agent, however the details that are on the website don't exist. I have contacted the Booking.com team and they could not get hold of the agent. Number is going to voicemail with no alternative number. My money is with them and if you cancel you loose your money.

I won't recommend Booking.com to anyone, they are useless. ***
