Very Disappointed

Lets just say I'm very disappointed... booked, paid, 2 days into our stay and we had a family emergency and had to cancel and return home. Lost 20K, make sure you read the cancellation policies very carefully, using this broker or any 3rd party accommodation booking is very risky.
