Very bad with refunds and cancelations

I had a very bad experience with Bookings.com, book a car through them, and mentioned we are from kempton park but it was booked from Sandton, had to wait for 3 hours for the car, only to be declined due to credit score, which was never mentioned in the booking process. so we were cancelled and requested our refund. we have waited for 6 months, only to be given R1000, from R4500, what a slap in the face. we were taken from post to pillar the whole time to this slap. we are charged for the booking that we never used except that they had access to our credit card. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and i never want to use their website. they are not available in South Africa but Europe, you cannot call them but can email them. their processes are not customer centric but them making money out of us.
