very bad service and filthy place

Inn&Out guest house in Sandton I made the booking on the 7th of July for the 8th of August. When i arrived there the reception was very rude when i tell her that the room is different from the one i picked in the advert. She then gsve me the contact of the owner who i told i wont be able to sleep on the bed it is too low as i come from the doctor. And the passage smell drugs and cigarette.I did not sleep there at all. The place was very filthy and smelling drugs all over the corridors. When I tell the manager he insulted me telling me i did not give him my money i gave it to booking.com. since i waited for Booking.com to fix the problem which they never did. I looked for another place around 7 while it was no longer safe for me. Hoping Booking.com and helopeter will fix the problem and refund my money. Worse the beds were not in good condition.
