Good day We rented Velddrif quays from 20 to 27 Dec *** Booking number

On the 19th of November the owner sent me a whats app to arrange for the key deposit and a message to inform me that they are permanent residence at this house and that they have a pet dog living inside the house. I tried looking for a different place to book, but all within our budget was fully booked. My husband is allergic to pet hair. Lauren, the owner, said that the house will be very clean, and they will make sure to see that the pet hair is cleaned.

There is pet hair in the kitchen, on the stove On the sofa's In the main bedroom's bed and bathroom

Lauren arranged for us to get the key from the neighbour the day we booked in. When we got here, the neighbor did not now about the arrangement. He phoned Kim, I don't know who Kim is. About 15 min later they arrived and told us to wait, because they are not finished packing to leave the house.

The house is not clean at all!! The showers are very dirty, dirt against the walls and shower doors The toilet in the main bathroom doesn't flush properly The main bedroom's bed sheets are stained

The kitchen is dirty and VERY VERY untidy
