Vehicle booking Amendment frustration

I made a booking for a vehicle via booking.com. I decided to change the pickup location the same day. What a mission and still not done. Emails going to and fro, there is no local contact number, the rental company cannot change, says I need to change with booking.com. booking.com is responding without help. So, so frustrating. Such a simple request
