Useless booking service

Made a booking for my wife and I at Villa Jaime in Ballito for 4 nights using the booking.com website. Followed all the steps and prompts and received the confirmation emails only to be called by the owner of the eatablishments seconds later to state that there had been a double booking at the se time coincidently and due to my card details not being captured (which I was not prompted to do on the website) my booking has been cancelled.

A pathetic experience to say the least!
