Very late yesterday (after 23h00 on 12 Oct 2015), using [URL Removed] we eventually found suitable accommodation matching our desired dates and *specified children's ages*, in a location sufficiently close to family in that area (hooray). We booked the accommodation and received a confirmation email of our booking at 23h21. <br> Today (13 Oct 2015) we received an *INSTRUCTION* from the venue (Eagle's Nest) that we are obliged to cancel our booking as they do not accept children under 14 years of age. The email was curt and impolite.<br> Although tremendously disappointed and frustrated (we searched long and hard to find suitable accommodation), we cancelled our booking tonight, only to receive an automated email response indicating that we now need to pay a substantial the cancellation fee! This is pure ******ion. <br> How can [URL Removed] offer a search filter/refinement facility which includes your children's ages *at checkout no less*, offer you \suitable"accommodation matching those requirements"
