[URL Removed] - misleads clients.

[URL Removed] misleads clients regarding their policy that states that they offer the lowest rates when booking accommodation and if you can get it cheaper elsewhere they will refund the difference. I booked accommodation through [URL Removed] and accidentally stumbled upon better rates when i searched for activities to do in and around the immediate area of the place where we booked accommodation. I emailed and phoned [URL Removed] various times but they refused to acknowledge it. I have forwarded them through the proof and the emails but still they chose to not respond. When I called them for the last time they told me they are not willing to make a payment. I will never make use of them again.
