UPSET

Upon booking a place in Clainwilliam, booking.com has shown a special they have on the property, that the cost is R 4500 and they will pay R 1350 so you only pay R3150 for 4 adults for 3 nights. Upon clicking the "pay now" option they deducted the full amount of R 4500 off my account and i have been arguing about this with them and no one can provide me with an answer. They said i paid by acommodation, which they say means "pay later" but i keep telling them i did not as i used the pay now option and since i threatend them with the ombudsman no one got back to me as yet. Still waiting for my R 1350. I WILL NOT LEAVE THIS HERE! ***** ****S!!!!!!
