I booked accommodation on the 06 December 2022 called Royal Lodge in Witbank via booking.com. When I arrived at the property, the owner told me that the property is under construction and has blocked the property from being booked but booking.com continue to allocate their property. To date, both the Royal Lodge in Witbank owner and booking.com refuses to refund me.
