Unroadworthy Vehicles Provided

After booking a car on booking.com, we received 3 unroadworthy vehicles from the same dealership. As a result, we spent the majority of our holiday trying to replace one unroadworthy vehicle with another. The Bookings.com staff was not helpful in any way to resolve this issue. We have contacted them weekly since this has happened to have Caldera Care Hire removed from their list of service providers on the island of Crete, however we have been unsuccessful.
